1. Services for Real Estate Professionals

AuthorityContent.ai provides marketing automation, AI-optimized workflows, and communication tools specifically designed for real estate brokers and loan officers. Our goal is to assist you in achieving market Dominance through efficient lead management and automated follow-up systems.

2. Messaging Terms & A2P Compliance

By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from AuthorityContent.ai. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

CARRIER MANDATED INSTRUCTIONS (HELP & STOP)

• Program Description: Marketing and transactional alerts for real estate professionals, including lead reactivation notifications and workflow updates.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• STOP Instructions: Text STOP to cancel at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text messaging platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command.
• HELP Instructions: Text HELP for customer service assistance or email support@authoritycontent.ai.

3. Use of Broker Data & Sphere of Influence

We respect the proprietary nature of your "Sphere of Influence."

• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all contact data, lead lists, and client information uploaded to your sub-account.
• No Data Resale: AuthorityContent.ai will never sell, rent, or distribute your leads or database to any third party, including other brokers or competitors.
• Data Processing: We act solely as a data processor. Your data is used exclusively to execute your specific AI workflows and reactivation campaigns.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary express written consent from your contacts before importing them into the AuthorityContent.ai platform for the purpose of sending SMS or email communications.

5. Limitation of Liability

AuthorityContent.ai and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to indemnify AuthorityContent.ai against any claims resulting from your failure to comply with TCPA or other telemarketing regulations regarding your specific lead lists.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform for any violation of these terms or for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to our platform or other users.
